Aura massage

Holistics

Aura treatment is recommended to everyone who sees massage and acupressure as pleasant and relaxing. It is especially necessary for chronic fatigue, stress, headaches, insomnia, spine problems, sports injuries, respiratory and stomach problems, conditions such as depression, anxiety and insomnia in which it is particularly beneficial. This is a different form of massage that primarily focuses on improving the general condition, spiritual and physical health, and differs from classic massages, because it is about releasing neglected feelings and pain in certain parts of the body, while the path to self-healing is stimulated by touch and special with “Aura” holistic techniques. This treatment is extremely pleasant, painless and revitalizing.

What is it?

A massage results in an emotional release. It is considered to be a natural process in which a healthy change in the client’s body-mind results in improved balance. Clients often experience a range of pleasant sensations during or after a session, and massage helps reduce tension and anxiety. It is considered quite similar to shiatsu but with more gliding strokes.

How does it work?

Meridians are defined routes in which energy flows. Vital Points are locations along the meridians where the Aura practitioner can reach the energy flow. When the meridians are abundant and flowing freely, health is present. Symptoms appear when it becomes insufficient, out of balance, or when the flow is blocked. Simple symptoms like recurrent colds and flu, weekly or daily headaches, body aches and muscular discomfort, or digestive issues start to appear. These are symptoms of an energy imbalance. Aura massage encourages and balances the body’s natural energy flow.

What does it target?

Aura practitioners are trained to spot patterns of imbalance in the body even before symptoms manifest physically. Simple yet subtle changes can signal an imbalance that, if left untreated, could worsen to the point where symptoms emerge. Aura treatments on a regular basis and a comprehensive examination can help restore balance. Aura practitioners may also suggest ways to live and things to do.
