What is it?

Directly, through the holistic part, mental development is stimulated, as well as through concentration and meditation exercises. The great physical benefits that you can expect from exercise are, in addition to many, the improvement of circulation and work of internal organs, increased elasticity of all muscles, greater strength and resistance to diseases, as well as overall symmetry and harmony.

How does it work?

The holistic exercises pay special attention to the spinal column, whose increased elasticity not only results in good health, but also successfully suppresses numerous painful sensations, both acute and chronic, from which the majority of the population of the XXI century suffers. Thus, in many ways, this could contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of life, as well as a more carefree and relaxed everyday life.
